Recent Work . By Scott Bridgwood. In large part, it is probably as a result of my having spent so much time in Life Drawing rooms with a model, who is sat motionless, hour after hour in  silence, I have developed a facination with this  'stillness'.  The spaces between things and events. The model is sat naked, frozen in time, waiting. A 'dead time' a silence where so much can happen. The physical qualities of paint are still an integral part of my expression, and flesh tones provide an excellant conduit for a painterly response.
